Domain Name Registration Agreement Godaddy

In consideration for the Services, you agree to (1) provide certain current, complete and accurate information about yourself, as required by the registration process, and (2) maintain and update such information as necessary to keep it current, complete and accurate. All of this information is referred to as account information (“Profile Settings”). You represent that the profile settings and all other statements used in your application for registration are true, complete, accurate and authorized by the registrant. We and each registry reserve the right to terminate your domain name registration if: (i) the information provided by you or your representative is false, inaccurate, incomplete, unreliable, misleading or otherwise secret; or (ii) you have failed to maintain, update and maintain your account information accurately, up-to-date, completely, accurately and reliably. 2.1. A reseller is a third-party provider that provides domain name registration services through a registrar, but is not an ICANN-accredited registrar. The company offers the services as resellers. If you do not want your domains to be enabled for automatic extension, it is your sole responsibility to terminate auto-renewal before we seek to renew your service. No refund of payment is granted if the automatic extension is not cancelled before the charge. All new GoDaddy accounts have default settings with auto-extension enabled.

You authorize us to automatically renew your domain name before expiration and to pay the fees in effect at the time of such extension using the default payment instrument for your account or any credit due to you.
